Portable Jaw Sealers with Stabilizer

Portable jaw sealers from the polystar series are designed for sealing various types of products. They are used, among other applications, for sealing heavy and thick bags, e.g. with cement or fertilizer. Long sections of materials can be easily joined using seal-over-seal welding. The seam length can range from 150 to 600 mm. The devices seal polyethylene films with a thickness of up to 2 x 0.3 mm.

Sealers with the polystar 110 GE generator are reliable and ready for use immediately after being switched on.

The automatic stabilizer of jaw voltage ensures an appropriate energy supply. Regardless of jaw width, the active impulse generator detects the required voltage and automatically regulates it in jaw sealers. Both small and large jaw sealers can be connected one after another to the polystar 110 GE impulse generator without difficulty and without additional precise settings of the electronics responsible for sealing time. This reduces heating tape consumption. The sealing temperature and heating tape temperature are electronically controlled.

All devices are mobile thanks to their low weight and a power cable length of 3 to 6 m.
