SG-400F 7.5 kW central high-speed granulator for grinding plastics.

The SG series granulator is economical and practical. It is used to crush various three-dimensional components made of soft or hard plastics, including production rejects and waste.
The granulator produces material reduced to fractions suitable for further processing.
A fast and efficient crushing process plays a key role in plastics recycling, recovery and disposal.

Features of the SG series granulator:

Steel body - durable, economical and practical.
The in-line blade arrangement reduces material friction on both sides, limiting heat generation.
The motor is equipped with overload protection and a power interlock system.
Three blade arrangement options allow configuration according to the material type, facilitating the cutting of various plastics.
Blade adjustment enables repeated sharpening after dulling, ensuring a long service life while maintaining high efficiency.
The design features separate hopper, grinding chamber body and screen frame assemblies, facilitating component replacement and access for cleaning.
The grinding method helps reduce noise.
Small granulators are fitted with castors, while larger models have anti-vibration feet.
Some SG series models have water-cooled bearing housings, which improve bearing operating conditions and extend service life.
