SG-600F central high-speed granulator for grinding plastics.

The SG series granulator is economical and practical. It is designed for crushing three-dimensional components made of soft and rigid plastics, including production rejects and waste.

The granulator produces material reduced to fractions suitable for further processing.
A fast and efficient crushing process plays a key role in plastic recycling, recovery and disposal.

Features of the SG series granulator:

Steel body - aesthetically designed, economical and practical.
The in-line blade arrangement reduces material friction on both sides, limiting heat generation.
The motor is equipped with overload protection and a power interlock system.
Three blade configurations allow the cutting system to be selected according to the material, facilitating the processing of various plastics.
Blade adjustment enables repeated sharpening after the blades become blunt, ensuring long service life and high efficiency.
The separate feed hopper, grinding chamber body and screen frame assemblies facilitate component replacement and provide easy access for cleaning.
The grinding method helps reduce noise.
Small granulators are fitted with wheels, while larger units have vibration-damping feet.
Some SG series models feature water-cooled bearing housings, improving bearing operating conditions and extending service life.

The SG-F series comprises high-speed granulators designed for central grinding of production waste. The units can operate alongside plastics processing machinery such as injection moulding machines and extruders.
