The water pre-treatment system in recycling lines for plastic waste is composed of three parts:
1. Cessation of sewage by rotating filters.
2. Chemical cleaning - automatic system of coagulant dosing
and polyelrolytes.
3. Sedimentation.
The final product is recycled water re-circulated for 95% reuse.
In our line we use innovative rotating cylindrical filters that can be combined in parallel, increasing the system's efficiency as the needs grow.
