Dynamic washers are designed to clean most lightly and moderately contaminated shredded plastic waste, including:

PP packaging,
PVC,
PET bottles,
shredded Big-Bags,
films such as LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS and PA,
fishing nets,
packaging waste from household chemicals
and many other materials.

These units are most commonly used after an initial pre-washing stage. For this reason, dynamic washers should not be used as substitutes for pre-washers when processing waste heavily contaminated with sand, stones, etc.

Our washers are easy to operate and reliable. They can be configured as a more efficient dynamic cascade system - a tandem arrangement with 2 x 30 kW or 2 x 55 kW. Multi-point water dosing to the screen sprayers, which forms the cleaning system, together with active contaminant discharge, ensures effective operation. Dynamic material movement is generated by a rotor equipped with rotating blades.

The extended 1,400 mm screen section significantly improves washing quality. Excess water is discharged through an acid-resistant steel screen. The use of two screen segments facilitates equipment maintenance.
