The pre-washing centrifuge is designed for washing heavily contaminated films and rigid plastics.
It is used before the first flotation tank. The centrifuge opens the film flakes and washes them thoroughly, which increases flotation efficiency in the subsequent production process. The special blade system features low energy consumption with an output capacity of 1500 kg/h for agricultural LLDPE film at the line outlet.
Installed power: from 45 to 55 kW.
Replaceable abrasion-resistant blade tips.
