Oerlikon HRSflow is part of the Swiss technology group Oerlikon. Oerlikon HRSflow specialises in the development and manufacture of advanced hot runner systems for a wide range of applications in plastics injection moulding.

The business sectors include automotive, logistics and environment, home appliances, mobility, household and gardening, technical applications, medical, beverage and home, thin-wall packaging, cosmetics and personal care.

Our highly qualified technical team supports our customers at all stages, from initial design and simulation through to the construction of the hot runner system, including support during mould trials.

As established technology pioneers, we offer a number of state-of-the-art solutions covering the entire product range: from pre-wired hot runner systems, stack moulds and hot halves to the most technically advanced technologies for injection moulding of engineering plastics, colour change applications and high-aesthetic components.

Among the latest innovations is our FLEXflow technology: a servo-driven valve gate system that provides independent control of each nozzle through precise adjustment of the valve pin stroke and closing force.

The Oerlikon HRSflow business line has more than 1,000 employees, with production sites in Europe (Italy), Asia (Hangzhou) and Byron Center, Michigan, in the United States.

Production performance is the same worldwide, as our plants have identical equipment and standardised processes. Our design, production and quality procedures are identical worldwide.

In addition, we provide global support for our products through more than 50 sales and service centres worldwide, with 24-hour technical service.
