Arburg to debut Allrounder Trend in Indonesia

Arburg will exhibit at the Allpack trade fair in Jakarta for the first time from 20 to 23 October 2026. At Stand AP037 in Hall A1, the company will stage the Indonesian premiere of its new electric standard machine, the Allrounder Trend. The exhibit will produce HDPE screw caps for applications in the packaging and pharmaceutical industries. Indonesia is an important market for the packaging, food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors.

Production of 24 screw caps every seven seconds

To demonstrate energy-efficient and cost-effective large-scale production, an electric Allrounder Trend 1800 e fitted with a 24-cavity mould will produce 24 screw caps every seven seconds. The application is intended for the packaging and pharmaceutical industries.

The electric Allrounder Trend machines are designed for standard applications across all industries. According to Arburg, they are available for delivery worldwide at short notice. The machines are intended to support rapid setup, intuitive operation and straightforward maintenance, while combining high energy efficiency with low investment and operating costs. They are also covered by Arburg’s globally standardised service.

Four machine sizes are currently available, with clamping forces ranging from 500 to 2,000 kN. All Trend machines are equipped with the new Gestica lite control system, which features an intuitive user interface and a clearly structured dashboard.

For automated injection moulding, the Allrounder Trend can be equipped with Arburg robotic systems and matching compact protective guards. The automation components are fully integrated into the machine controller and can be incorporated into complex turnkey systems.

Digital tools for production and maintenance

Arburg will also present digital products and services for smart production at Allpack 2026. These include the company’s ALS Manufacturing Execution System and the arburgXworld customer portal. The MES provides access to information concerning orders, production progress, changeover times and maintenance, and enables these data to be archived.

Tools available through arburgXworld allow users to configure Allrounder machines, retrieve machine information and order spare parts around the clock. The AI-powered "Ask Arburg" application provides access to injection moulding expertise and answers specific questions concerning Arburg products and injection moulding processes. It can also assist with troubleshooting.

Local service in Indonesia

Arburg has operated in Indonesia since 1993 and has maintained a wholly owned subsidiary there since 2006. Its local team provides services and technical advice, including support concerning machine and process technology, mould design and machine comparisons. The scope also covers pre-sales and after-sales service, as well as rapid on-site assistance for customers in Indonesia.
