BOY XS E to be presented at Plast Eurasia 2026

Dr. Boy GmbH & Co. KG and its Turkish distribution partner Polmak Plastik will present the compact BOY XS E injection moulding machine at Plast Eurasia, taking place in Istanbul from 2 to 5 December 2026. Visitors to Hall 12, Booth 1213, will be able to examine the smallest machine in the BOY portfolio and learn about solutions for micro and small-part injection moulding.

The machine has a clamping force of 100 kN and occupies a footprint of 0.87 m². It is intended for precision production in applications where limited floor space and access to the working area are important. Its free-standing two-platen clamping unit features a diagonal tie-bar arrangement. This configuration provides access to the plasticising unit, mould cavity and ejector, facilitating the integration of automation equipment.

Servo drive and compact clamping unit

The BOY XS E combines technologies developed for micro and small-part injection moulding with the drive concept used in the E series. According to the manufacturer, the servo drive provides energy benefits, high dynamics and smooth running. The machine's compact construction is intended to support a range of applications while reducing the floor space required for the production cell.

More than 15 years of cooperation

BOY and Polmak Plastik have worked together for more than 15 years. Their cooperation combines BOY's German engineering and injection moulding technology with Polmak Plastik's knowledge of the Turkish market, technical consulting and local customer service.

Florian Schäfer, Commercial Team Leader for Exports, will be present at the event to support the Turkish sales partner.
