Plast Eurasia prepares for its 35th edition

Plast Eurasia will hold its 35th edition at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul on 2–5 December 2026. Organised by Tüyap Fairs Production Inc. in cooperation with Pagev and with the support of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade, the exhibition will bring together plastics machinery, raw materials and production technologies. Its participants will include manufacturers, technology providers, raw material producers, distributors, purchasing professionals and international industry representatives. The organisers intend to combine the fair's 35 years of experience with next-generation technologies, international trade and industry-focused programmes. The theme of the 2026 edition, "35 Years Where Connections Become Trade", is intended to support the development of new commercial contacts among exhibitors, buyers and other industry professionals.

Around three months before the exhibition opens, 90% of the available space has been sold. The organisers expect 80,000 domestic and international visitors, with professional visitor outreach covering a range of international markets. The event is intended to bring machinery suppliers, materials companies and other plastics businesses together in Istanbul. Its international visitor programme will support the establishment of new commercial contacts and the development of existing trading relationships.

Plast Eurasia is among the fairs recognised by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade. According to the organisers, the event contributes to the international reach of Türkiye's plastics industry and supports its production and export capacity.

Machinery, materials and production technologies

Plastic production machinery, raw materials and chemicals will form two core areas of the exhibition. The programme will also cover next-generation production technologies and machinery solutions, with efficiency, innovation and value-added production among the subjects shaping its commercial agenda.

The product scope will allow buyers and technical professionals to review equipment, materials and production methods during the same visit. Exhibitors, in turn, will be able to present products, technologies and industry solutions to an international audience.

Anniversary programme reviews industry development

The 35th-anniversary programme will include a Milestones Map, a chronological presentation of key stages in the fair's history and developments in the plastics industry. Under the theme "As Plast Eurasia Grew, the Industry Changed Too", the timeline will cover significant developments during the event's 35-year history and milestones in the transformation of the plastics sector.

A historical exhibition of plastics production machinery will illustrate how manufacturing technologies have changed over time. Kontel Elektronik, Enformak Plastik Teknolojileri and Almak Ateş Makine, companies that have participated throughout the fair's 35-year history, will receive plaques during the opening ceremony in recognition of their long-standing involvement.

Presentations and guided buyer meetings

The "Value-Added Products and Innovation – The Stage is Yours" programme will provide exhibitors with 30-minute presentation slots in the foyer. Participating companies will be able to present value-added products, technologies, success stories and industry solutions directly to industry professionals.

The Hosted Buyer Guided Tour programme will help international purchasing delegations navigate relevant product groups and identify exhibitors. It will include guided routes, visits to demonstration and event areas, access to the Hosted Buyer Lounge and dedicated support services. The programme is designed to help buyers reach relevant suppliers more efficiently and to give exhibitors more focused opportunities to establish qualified commercial contacts with international buyers.

Plast Eurasia will be open from 10:00 to 18:00 on 2–4 December 2026 and from 10:00 to 17:00 on 5 December 2026 at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul.
