The lines are made to order and consist of two parts - washing and regranulating.
The highest quality mechanical, electrical and electronic materials are used in production.
In the washing line, all parts coming in contact with the raw material are made of the highest class of acid-proof steel, and in the regranulating line, the cylinders and screws are bimetallic and also surface-hardened.
We supply our extruders with two maintenance-free filters, thanks to which the raw material produced has parameters close to the virgin material.
The configuration of the line depends on the user's requirements.
Up to 2 tons per hour.
We offer a cooling system and an innovative water pre-treatment system to the line.
