Robotic depalletizing stations from the KNC-SD-500 series provide high-performance and repeatable emptying of bags with granulate, such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, ABS, PS and many others.
Automatic pallet height detection minimizes the time needed to pick up the next layer, increasing the pace of the entire process.

The KNC-SD-500 tool is equipped with five independent, flexible grippers that perfectly adapt to pallet irregularities. The mechanical-pneumatic design securely and precisely grips bags, eliminating the risk of material spillage.

Two stations for pallets with raw material, a station for empty pallets and a bin for used bags form a complete, fully autonomous unmanned work area.
