Grafe Polska marks 20 years of operations
Grafe Polska is marking its 20th anniversary. During this period, the company expanded its team, relocated three times and significantly increased the share of the automotive sector in its customer portfolio.
Grafe Polska sp. z o.o. began operations on 17 July 2006 as part of Grafe, a German masterbatch producer active in the plastics processing industry. Initially, the Polish team consisted of three people. As the business developed and gained new customers, further employees joined the company, supporting the development of its economic base and technical expertise.
Over 20 years, the company relocated three times, adapting its operating conditions to growing customer requirements and needs. Grafe Polska is currently based in a restored historic building at 15/4 Karola Miarki Street in Lubliniec. Since the start of its operations, the company has implemented Grafe Group standards relating to service quality, reliability and project implementation.
Team and technical customer support
The Grafe Polska team currently consists of five employees. Two people are responsible for day-to-day communication with customers and order processing. Three employees work as technical consultants, providing customers with specialist expertise in response to project enquiries.
Organisational changes took place alongside shifts in the customer structure. In 2007, approximately three quarters of the company's customers represented the polyvinyl chloride industry. By 2015, this share had decreased to 35%. During the same period, the automotive sector increased its share to 30% of the customer base and subsequently continued to grow steadily.
Growing share of the automotive sector
In 2025, the automotive industry accounted for well over two thirds of Grafe Polska's customer portfolio. These figures indicate the growing importance of this market for the company and its adaptation to changes in the structure of demand.
The 20th anniversary provides the company with an opportunity to review its development to date and thank its customers, partners and employees. As part of the German masterbatch producer Grafe, the Polish company states that it will continue its activities for the plastics processing industry in Poland.
