Sidel to show beverage solutions at drinktec India

At drinktec India 2026, Sidel will present a complete line as well as blow moulding, digital technology and packaging solutions. The company will focus on ways to improve production performance, process flexibility and packaging quality at beverage manufacturing plants.

The trade fair will bring together representatives of the beverage, dairy and liquid food industries. The event will cover processing, filling, packaging and production technologies. Sidel will be present at stand D051 in hall 4.

Comprehensive approach to packaging lines

Sidel will present capabilities covering the entire packaging value chain, from packaging design and blow moulding through filling and labelling to secondary packaging and complete line engineering.

The company treats the line as a single integrated production system. This approach is intended to optimise equipment performance, reduce operational complexity and lower the total cost of ownership.

PET blow moulding with laser heating

One of the solutions on display will be EvoBLOW Laser, a PET blow moulding technology that uses laser heating. The solution enables precise control of preform heating and material distribution.

According to the company, the technology delivers consistent bottle quality and improved energy efficiency. It also enables packaging weight reduction, greater design freedom and improved performance when using recycled PET. Instant start-up is intended to reduce downtime and increase production flexibility.

Production data and line operation management

The Evo-ON digital solutions suite will demonstrate the use of real-time production data and the resulting actionable insights. These tools are designed to support uptime maximisation, performance optimisation and operational decision-making.

The digital solutions are combined with Sidel's equipment lifecycle services and the company's equipment expertise. Their purpose is to support reliable performance throughout the operating life of packaging lines.

Handling different packaging formats

The stand will also feature solutions for PET, can and glass packaging, together with secondary packaging technologies. These include EvoFilm Stretch, a stretch-film solution designed to reduce material consumption while maintaining secondary packaging performance.

The technologies on display are intended to enable producers to adapt their lines to different packaging formats and changing market requirements. Sidel's team of experts will be available at stand D051 in hall 4 during the trade fair, held from 28 to 30 October 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.
