Sidel to show packaging solutions at Gulfood 2026

At Gulfood Manufacturing 2026, Sidel will present solutions for blow moulding, aseptic production, packaging and end-of-line automation. The technologies will focus on increasing production output, operational and packaging efficiency, and supporting sustainable development. The portfolio is intended for manufacturers of beverages, food, home care products and personal care products. The trade fair will take place on 3–5 November 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre in the United Arab Emirates. The company will be present in Hall 3, at stand A3-4. The event will bring together manufacturers of food products, beverages and consumer goods interested in processing, packaging and production technologies.

"This year, we will present innovative solutions such as EvoBLOW Laser, Actis and Aseptic Predis X4, as well as our latest automation and digitalisation solutions, demonstrating how manufacturers can improve packaging efficiency, flexibility and quality across a wide range of applications."

Technologies for PET bottles and aseptic production

Sidel will present EvoBLOW Laser, described by the company as the world's first industrially deployed laser heating system for PET bottle blow moulding. Precise control of preform heating is intended to ensure consistent bottle quality, immediate start-up and improved performance when using rPET. The solution is also designed to enable bottle lightweighting and greater design flexibility.

EvoBLOW Laser will be the subject of a programme of four seminars held daily at the Sidel stand throughout the trade fair. The sessions will cover the EvoBLOW Laser system, packaging trends in the Middle East and Africa, packaging design for performance, and the company's approach to sustainable development.

Visitors will also be able to learn about the Actis barrier coating technology. The solution improves the barrier properties of PET to protect product quality and extend shelf life. At the same time, the technology is intended to support packaging lightweighting and circularity in the packaging industry.

For sensitive products, Sidel will show the Aseptic Predis X4 solution. The system combines dry preform sterilisation with food safety, performance and flexibility parameters, supporting safe and sustainable production.

Packaging and end-of-line automation

Sidel will also present packaging solutions and end-of-line systems for the home care and personal care sectors. These will include Cermex RoboSELEX, a robotic sorting solution for lightweight bottles in various shapes and batch configurations.

Another system on display will be RoboAccess_Pal S, a compact robotic palletising solution. It can be integrated with autonomous pallet handling to create a scalable and highly automated end-of-line system.

Support for complete lines

During the trade fair, Sidel experts will discuss complete packaging lines, packaging design and lightweighting, automation, line upgrades, and product lifecycle services. The presentation will also cover digital solutions, including the Evo-ON suite.

The Sidel team will be available to visitors in Hall 3, at stand A3-4, throughout the three days of Gulfood Manufacturing 2026.
