Used tire recycling systems
Complete installations for processing car tires and other rubber waste. The process may include multi-stage shredding, granulation, separation of steel and textile fibers, and preparation of rubber granulate in the required fraction.
The system is designed according to the type of tires, expected capacity and required size of the final product.
Lithium-ion battery recycling systems
3E Machinery offers specialized systems for mechanical processing of used lithium-ion batteries and materials from battery production.
The technology uses a combination of physical processes, including multi-stage shredding, separation and screening. The purpose of the process is to recover and separate individual fractions such as copper, aluminum, separator and black mass.
For lines processing electrode materials, the manufacturer offers industrial-capacity installations designed individually to the parameters of a specific project.
PCB and electronic waste recycling systems
Complete installations intended for mechanical processing of PCB printed circuit boards and selected electrical and electronic waste.
Multi-stage shredding combined with properly selected separation methods enables the separation of metallic and non-metallic fractions and prepares recovered materials for subsequent processing stages.
The line configuration is selected according to the type of electronic waste, its composition and the required capacity.
Used refrigerator and household appliance recycling systems
3E Machinery has experience in designing complete installations for dismantling, shredding and separation of used household appliances, especially refrigerators and freezers.
The technological process enables the separation of various materials found in the devices, including steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics and insulation materials.
The systems can be equipped with solutions for material transport, separation, dust extraction and process control.
Cable recycling systems
We offer complete installations for processing copper and aluminum cables.
The process may include pre-shredding, granulation and multi-stage separation enabling the metal fraction to be separated from the insulation. Depending on the type of input material, appropriate shredding and separation equipment is selected.
RDF/SRF preparation systems
We also offer complete installations for preparing alternative fuels RDF/SRF.
The system may include material opening and feeding, shredding, metal separation, screening, separation of individual fractions and final preparation of the material to the required size.
The installation configuration is always adapted to the composition of the input material and the fuel parameters expected by the recipient.
Plastic recycling lines
An important part of our offer includes complete systems for crushing, washing, separation and drying of plastics.
We design solutions for processing, among others, PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PET, PVC, ABS, films, packaging, containers, pipes, profiles, sheets and post-production waste.
Depending on the material, the installation may include shredders, knife mills, separators, flotation tanks, washing equipment, dewatering centrifuges, drying systems, pneumatic transport and storage of the finished material.
Individual system design
We do not offer only one standard configuration. Each project can be adapted to the actual production conditions and investor expectations.
Before preparing a concept, we analyze:
- type and composition of the input material,
- maximum dimensions and form of the waste,
- level and type of contamination,
- required capacity in kg/h or t/h,
- expected final fraction,
- required level of separation and material purity,
- method of further use of recovered raw materials,
- available installation area and building conditions.
On this basis, an individual technological scheme, equipment configuration and offer for a complete installation are prepared.
The system can be equipped, among others, with single-, double- and four-shaft shredders, mills and crushers, conveyors, magnetic separators, Eddy Current separators, screens, air separation systems, dust extraction installations, pneumatic transport, Big-Bag systems and central PLC control.
