The large cutting chamber, wide rotor and powerful 90 kW drive system make this model suitable for processing large volumes of material and for use in professional, multi-stage recycling installations.
The machine is equipped with a rotor with a working width of 1200 mm and a diameter of approximately 520 mm. The increased rotor diameter ensures high cutting efficiency and very good material intake into the working chamber. The appropriate cutting system geometry enables effective processing of larger and more demanding parts.

Wide range of applications
PC52120 90 kW can be used for grinding a wide range of plastics, including PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, ABS, PS, PC and other thermoplastic materials.
The machine is suitable for processing:

90 kW power and Ø520 mm rotor
One of the key features of the PC52120 model is the large rotor with a diameter of approximately 520 mm. Combined with a 1200 mm working width and a 90 kW drive, it enables efficient processing of larger material streams and waste requiring significant cutting energy.
The material is ground between the rotor and stationary knives until it reaches a size that allows it to pass through the appropriately selected screen.
Changing the screen perforation makes it possible to adjust the final regrind size to the requirements of the subsequent technological process.
Part of a high-performance recycling line
The PC52120 can operate as a stand-alone machine, but its capabilities are used particularly effectively as the second stage of a complete shredding system.
An example installation configuration may include:
feeding conveyor - pre-shredder - magnetic separator - PC52120 - pneumatic transport - cyclone / Big-Bag station
In this setup, the pre-shredder is responsible for reducing large components, while the PC52120 provides final grinding of the material into a uniform, controlled fraction.
Individual machine configuration
Depending on the type of waste and the expected throughput, it is possible to select the appropriate knife system, rotor configuration, screen perforation, feeding system and finished material discharge method.
The mill can work with conveyors, magnetic and non-ferrous metal separators, dust extraction systems, transport fans, cyclones and Big-Bag stations.
The finished regrind can be directed to further processes such as regranulation, extrusion, profile extrusion or reuse of the material in the production process.
