3E Machinery GLB32120 twin-shaft shredder - 30 kW + 30 kW
3E Machinery GLB32120 is a professional, low-speed twin-shaft shredder equipped with two independent 30 kW + 30 kW drives and a hydraulic material ram system. The machine is designed for intensive shredding of bulky waste, irregularly shaped materials and waste with varied structure.
The use of two counter-rotating cutting shafts ensures very good gripping and pulling of material into the working chamber. High torque and low operating speed enable effective shredding of demanding waste while maintaining a controlled process and high reliability.
An additional advantage of the GLB version is the hydraulic ram system, which actively directs the material towards the cutting shafts. This solution is particularly useful when processing bulky, lightweight materials and materials that, due to their geometry, may require assisted feeding.

Hydraulic ram system
