Compact COMBO 3E Machinery line - WT3080 30 kW + PC3280R 22 kW + Big-Bag station
The COMBO 3E Machinery line is a compact, complete system for two-stage shredding of plastics and post-production waste. The combination of the WT3080 30 kW single-shaft shredder, PC3280R 22 kW knife granulator and pneumatic material discharge system with a two-bag Big-Bag station enables the entire process - from preliminary shredding of large components to obtaining uniform regrind ready for further processing.
The main advantage of the system is its compact design, in which the WT3080 shredder works directly with the PC3280R granulator. This reduces the floor space required for installation and simplifies material transport between process stages.
Stage I - WT3080 30 kW single-shaft shredder
The first stage of the process is the low-speed WT3080 shredder with 30 kW power, equipped with a rotor with a working width of 800 mm and a diameter of 400 mm, as well as a hydraulic material pusher system.
The machine is designed to reduce the size of the input material and prepare it for controlled feeding into the knife granulator.
The WT3080 can process, among others, PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, ABS, post-production lumps and purgings, injection-molded parts, profiles, pipes, sheets, containers, crates, packaging and other plastic waste.
Stage II - PC3280R 22 kW knife granulator
The pre-shredded material is fed directly into the PC3280R knife granulator with 22 kW power, where the second size-reduction stage takes place.
The high-speed cutting system provides a uniform and controlled final fraction. The regrind size can be adjusted to process requirements by using a screen with the appropriate perforation.
The two-stage process divides the tasks between two machines: the WT3080 is responsible for preliminary shredding of bulky material, while the PC3280R performs precise granulation.
Pneumatic transport - 7.5 kW fan
The finished regrind is discharged from the granulator by means of a pneumatic transport system with a 7.5 kW fan.
This solution enables continuous discharge of material from the granulator and transport directly to the Big-Bag filling station, reducing the need for manual material handling.
Two-bag Big-Bag station
The final element of the installation is a two-position Big-Bag station, allowing finished regrind to be collected into two bags.
The use of two positions improves process organization, replacement of filled bags and preparation of material for storage, transport or further processing.
