Dynamic washers are machines used for washing most lightly and moderately contaminated shredded plastic waste, such as:
PP packaging,
PVC,
PET bottles,
shredded big bags,
films, e.g. LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, PA,
fishing nets,
household chemical waste
and many others.

They are most often used after a preliminary washing stage in pre-washers. For this reason, dynamic washers should not be used interchangeably with pre-washers for washing heavily contaminated waste, e.g. with sand, stones, etc. The washers we offer are easy-to-use and reliable machines that can be configured into a more efficient dynamic cascade washing system - tandem 2 x 30 kW or 2 x 55 kW. Multi-point water dosing to the screen sprayers in the cleaning system and active removal of contaminants ensure more effective operation, while dynamic movement of the material is enabled by rotating rotor blades. The extended screen section of 1400 mm significantly improves washing quality, and excess water is drained through an acid-resistant steel screen. The use of 2 screen segments ensures easier technical maintenance of the washers.
