Granulation lines with a feed hopper used in the plastic recycling process are designed for granulating shredded, lightly printed loose plastics, such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, EPS, in the form of regrind. Equipping the extruders in this line with a rectangular feed hopper and an integrated agitator ensures direct feeding of the input material into the machine plasticizing system. The use of a single-screw plasticizing system, a properly selected extruder length and screw pitch, combined with double vacuum degassing, ensures high quality of the final product.

The production process of the granulation line is controlled entirely via an HMI operator panel, where the operator can monitor process parameters in real time and change them online. The control system also enables remote access to the machine for management or service.
