The XR 8 pelletizing line is the latest model from Koltex Plastic Recycling Systems in the field of LDPE film processing. In addition to well-known technological solutions used in standard extruders, a number of changes have been introduced to achieve high production capacity while improving the quality of the resulting regranulate.

The new system is characterized by low energy consumption and significantly simplified operation thanks to the new SMART software.

Thanks to numerous modifications, the machine footprint has been reduced by 30% compared with the previous model, while capacity has increased by 45% and energy demand has decreased by approximately 15%.

An intelligent plastic temperature control system in the agglomerator and an automatic material dosing system ensure process stability. Thanks to process automation, operator involvement has been reduced to a minimum.
