Depending on the application, we also prepare installations for processing wood, paper, cardboard, textiles, cables and selected industrial and multi-material waste.

From a simple installation to a complete automatic line

The basic configuration may include:

conveyor - shredder - granulator - pneumatic transport - Big-Bag station

In more advanced projects, several shredding stages and additional separation systems can be used:

feeding - pre-shredding - metal separation - granulation - screening - separation - transport - collection of finished material

Thanks to the modular design of the installation, it is possible to prepare a solution suitable for both small production plants and high-capacity professional recycling facilities.

Before preparing an offer, we primarily analyze:

material type - maximum waste dimensions - expected capacity in kg/h - required final fraction - contamination level - method of further material use

Based on this information, we select the appropriate type of shredder, granulator, transport system and separation system, and prepare an individual configuration and technological layout of the entire installation.
