3E Machinery WT3080 is a compact, slow-speed single-shaft shredder with a hydraulic ram system, designed for efficient shredding of plastics and various industrial and post-production waste materials.
The machine is equipped with a working rotor 800 mm wide and 300 mm in diameter, driven by a 30 kW motor. The combination of high torque, a properly designed cutting system and hydraulic ram enables stable processing of materials with different shapes, dimensions and structures.
WT3080 is suitable for shredding, among others, PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, ABS, post-production waste, plastic lumps and agglomerates, pipes, profiles, sheets, containers, crates, packaging, film and other waste requiring size reduction.

The hydraulic ram system ensures controlled feeding of material toward the rotor, enabling the machine to work effectively with rigid parts as well as light or bulky materials.
Standalone shredder or complete line
WT3080 can operate as a standalone machine or as the first stage of a complete shredding system. It can be integrated with conveyors, metal separators, material transport systems and granulators.
A particularly effective solution is combining the WT3080 with a granulator, creating a two-stage process: pre-shredding the material in the shredder, followed by fine grinding to the required fraction.
The WT3080 model can also be used in compact ALL-IN-ONE configurations, combining a shredder and granulator into one complete technological system.
