3E Machinery WT4080 is a professional, low-speed single-shaft shredder with a hydraulic ram system, designed for efficient shredding of plastics and a wide range of industrial and post-production waste.
The machine is equipped with a working rotor width of 800 mm and a main motor with a power of 37 kW. Its robust construction, high torque and hydraulically controlled ram ensure stable operation, also with materials of irregular shapes, large volume and varied structure.
WT4080 is suitable for processing, among others, PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, ABS, post-production waste, plastic lumps and purgings, pipes, profiles, sheets, containers, crates, packaging, film and other waste requiring controlled size reduction.

The applied hydraulic ram is responsible for controlled feeding of the material toward the cutting rotor. The system enables effective use of the working chamber and maintains stable load on the drive system.

Combining the WT4080 shredder with a properly selected granulator makes it possible to create a two-stage material size reduction system - from large input waste to uniform regrind prepared for subsequent recycling stages.
