Arburg to show Allrounder Trend at MSV 2026

Arburg will present its electric Allrounder Trend standard machines in the Czech Republic for the first time during MSV 2026 in Brno, held from 6 to 9 October 2026. The company will exhibit at stand 31 in Hall G1. The main exhibit will be an Allrounder 1000 e Trend equipped with a Multilift 4 linear robot system, producing a garden shovel as a giveaway for visitors. The presentation will also include digital products and services, among them Arburg’s own Manufacturing Execution System, the ALS, and the arburgXworld customer portal. These elements are intended to show the machine technology together with automation, process support and digital tools used in injection moulding production.

Allrounder Trend for standard injection moulding applications

The electric Allrounder Trend machines are configured for standard applications across all industries. They are currently available in four sizes, with clamping forces ranging from 500 to 2,000 kN. All Trend machines are equipped with the new Gestica lite control system, which features an intuitive user interface and a clearly laid-out dashboard.

At MSV 2026, an Allrounder 1000 e Trend with a clamping force of 1,000 kN will demonstrate the production of garden shovels, a giveaway for trade fair visitors. A Multilift Select 4 linear robotic system will remove the moulded part from the single-cavity mould and place it on a conveyor belt.

Digitalisation, automation and service support

Arburg describes itself as a long-term partner offering injection moulding engineers tailor-made, comprehensive end-to-end solutions that extend beyond machine technology alone. In addition to automation and peripheral equipment, these solutions also include pre- and after-sales support.

In the digitalisation area, the focus at MSV 2026 will be on Arburg’s Manufacturing Execution System, the ALS, and the arburgXworld customer portal. The Arburg MES helps users increase machine availability, reduce scrap rates and improve production efficiency. Using functions integrated into arburgXworld, users can, for example, configure Allrounder machines with the aid of AI, retrieve information about machines or order spare parts.

Visitors to the stand will be able to learn more about these digital products on several screens. Assistance and pilot functions for the Gestica control system will also be presented. The exhibition team will explain how smart, efficient and sustainable plastic parts production can be achieved with reduced total cost of ownership, TCO, while also further improving part quality.
