Barmag to present PU metering pumps at PU China 2026

Barmag's Pumps Division will present metering solutions for polyurethane processing at PU China 2026, taking place from November 3 to 5 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Center in Shanghai. The company will exhibit in Hall 1, Booth 135. Its presentation will focus on high-precision gear metering pumps designed for the controlled delivery of polyurethane components, as well as other reactive and high-viscosity media. According to Barmag, the pumps' metering accuracy can reduce material consumption, stabilize processing conditions and support consistent product quality. These factors are particularly relevant in polyurethane production, where dosing and mixing systems must be closely coordinated. Even minor fluctuations in flow can influence the properties of the finished product. Manufacturers therefore require components that combine accurate delivery with reliable operation under demanding process conditions.

Low-pulsation delivery for reactive systems

At the exhibition, Barmag will highlight pump solutions for two-component adhesives and sealants, along with other reactive media. Metering pumps from the GM and GA series provide continuous, low-pulsation flow to support reproducible production processes. By limiting dosing deviations and material losses, the pumps are intended to improve production economics and reduce unnecessary material consumption.

The conveying technology is designed to preserve the medium's properties throughout the process and provide uniform material application. This can increase process stability and help maintain consistent quality in the manufactured products.
