Dirk Sadowski appointed CEO of Mocom Compounds
Dirk Sadowski will take over as CEO of Mocom Compounds on 1 September 2026, succeeding Jens Kaatze. Sadowski has served on the compound producer's management team since 2020, most recently as CFO.
Dirk Sadowski will take over as CEO of Mocom Compounds GmbH & Co. KG on 1 September 2026. A long-standing member of the company's management team and its CFO, he will succeed Jens Kaatze and continue the development of Mocom as a specialist in high-quality polymer compounds. The company is part of the global Otto Krahn Group, headquartered in Hamburg.

Sadowski joined Mocom's management team in September 2020. Before joining the company, he was Head of Business Segment Organization & Operations Chemical & Oil Industries at Horváth & Partners.
Development based on existing strengths
Commenting on his appointment, Sadowski pointed to the company's expertise, portfolio and established customer relationships as the basis for its further development.

Jens Kaatze to leave the company
Jens Kaatze, who had served as CEO of Mocom since May 2023, is leaving the company by mutual agreement and on the best of terms.
"Jens Kaatze has led the company with sound judgment in a challenging market environment and has made an important contribution to the company's continued development," said Philip O. Krahn. "I would like to thank him sincerely for his valuable contribution to Mocom and the Otto Krahn Group."
