Moretto has published its 2025 sustainability report, presenting the company's approach to economic, social and environmental responsibility. Prepared in compliance with the international standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the document is intended to support corporate planning and accountability, in addition to communicating the company's activities. It describes Moretto's efforts to support the transition towards a circular economy by combining industrial performance, energy transition and value for the local community. The report also presents objectives and results verified and validated through specific indicators, with the aim of ensuring transparent reporting and enabling the company's impact to be assessed.

The report examines three main areas of Moretto's activities: environment, social responsibility and governance. In the environmental area, the company's industrial development model combines functional quality and performance with responsible development. Its operational approach focuses on energy efficiency and process circularity. It also aims to extend product life cycles through design that supports maintenance and remanufacturing.

Workforce and governance measures

In the social area, Moretto reports a people-centred approach based on advanced health and safety programmes and continued investment in professional training. The governance section covers the consolidation of ethical management policies and the development of a transparent and traceable supply chain.

"The publication of the 2025 Sustainability Report represents a fundamental milestone and, at the same time, a promise for the future," says Renato Moretto, founder and president of the company. "For us, sustainability is a concrete tool for engaging with the market and communities. This document demonstrates the daily commitment of all our corporate areas to combining technology, innovation, and human capital recognition, with the aim of generating shared value and reducing environmental impact."

The 2025 sustainability report is available on the Moretto website in the "About us" section.
