Husky to present integrated systems at Fakuma 2026

Husky Technologies will exhibit at Fakuma 2026, taking place from October 12 to 16 in Friedrichshafen, Germany. At Hall A1, Booth A1-1103, the company will present developments in hot runners, mold temperature controllers, packaging systems, medical molds and systems, and predictive monitoring services. The exhibit will focus on combining machines, hot runners, mold controllers, molds, and services to improve process consistency, product quality, efficiency, operational flexibility, and waste reduction.

"In today's manufacturing environment, competitive advantage depends on more than the performance of individual technologies. It requires a connected, integrated approach that delivers greater consistency, quality, efficiency, operational flexibility, and reduced waste," said Haim Za'afrani, Husky's Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Packaging, Hot Runners and Controllers. "At Fakuma, we are demonstrating how Husky's complete solutions portfolio, spanning machines, hot runners, mold controllers, molds, and proactive services, enables producers to achieve better business outcomes across the entire manufacturing operation."

Integration as a competitive advantage

At Fakuma 2026, Husky will demonstrate a fully integrated melt delivery solution that combines machine, hot runner, and mold controller technologies in one optimized system. According to the company, coordinated operation of these technologies can help manufacturers reduce process variability, improve operational efficiency, and achieve more consistent production performance.

The integrated approach is also intended to reduce waste and energy consumption, shorten cycle times, and accelerate product launches. The system is designed to process a broad range of materials and applications, including thin-wall and thick-wall containers, pails, buckets, cutlery, medical disposables, and emerging bio-resin solutions.

Hot runners and Altanium mold temperature controllers

Husky will present its portfolio of hot runner systems and Altanium mold temperature controllers as complementary technologies for improving process control, consistency, and manufacturing performance. The solutions are intended to support the optimization of existing production assets while providing a scalable basis for future expansion.

"Fakuma 2026 provides an ideal opportunity to demonstrate the impact of true system integration," said Steffen Bönecke, Husky's Vice President, Hot Runners. "As manufacturers face increasing pressure to improve efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability the ability to optimize the entire melt stream process becomes a significant differentiator. We look forward to demonstrating how Husky's integrated approach helps producers respond to changing market demands while strengthening their long-term competitiveness."

Medical manufacturing technology

The company will also highlight Schöttli medical molds and technologies for the precise and efficient production of medical devices and consumables. The applications covered include pre-filled syringes, pen injectors and auto-injectors, blood collection tubes, diagnostic and laboratory devices, reaction cups, pipette tips, and petri dishes.

Predictive monitoring and support

Husky Advantage+Elite combines real-time machine monitoring with expert support and performance optimization. Its purpose is to help manufacturers identify and address potential issues before they affect production. The program comprises five service tiers, ranging from essential monitoring and remote assistance to enterprise-wide performance management.

Husky also points to its ISO/IEC 27001 certification, which covers information security standards used to protect customer data. Visitors to Fakuma 2026 will be able to discuss the company's integrated solutions with regional specialists at Hall A1, Booth A1-1103.
