Colines adds Smart Version to ALLrollEX 1500 range
The ALLrollEX 1500 SV stretch film extrusion line combines an optimised configuration with production support based on artificial intelligence. It is intended for manufacturers planning new projects or additional production capacity.
Colines has introduced the ALLrollEX 1500 SV, or Smart Version, a new stretch film extrusion line developed as an optimised, cost-effective configuration within the ALLrollEX family. The system is intended to balance film quality, production stability and investment requirements. According to the company, it is designed for manufacturers seeking to expand production capacity or start a new project, with attention to productivity and return on investment. The line focuses on the functions used in daily production and is designed to provide consistent film quality, reliable performance and straightforward operation. Its configuration addresses film repeatability, process stability, rapid start-ups, simple operation and maintenance, and efficient daily production.
The ALLrollEX 1500 SV joins the ALLrollEX 1500 HP, or High Performance, which is the established version of the company's stretch film extrusion line and is engineered for maximum output. The two configurations allow manufacturers to select a system according to their production targets and investment priorities.
AI-based production support
Both ALLrollEX 1500 versions incorporate Mastermind, Colines' AI-powered Virtual Production Assistant. The system monitors the production process and helps operators optimise processing parameters. Its functions are intended to reduce waste, shorten start-up times and limit the number of manual adjustments.
Mastermind also provides operational support for everyday line management. In particular, it is designed to assist less experienced operators and help maintain stable and repeatable production conditions.
Edge-trim reclaim and coreless reel option
ALLrollEX lines can also be equipped with the BigMouth edge-trim reclaim system. Colines reports energy consumption of 4 kW/h per unit during operation. The system can return a wide range of fluff to the process for thin-film production, including films below 9 µm. According to the company, it operates without volume restrictions and supports gel-free film production.
Both versions of the ALLrollEX 1500 can be upgraded for in-line production of 2-inch and 3-inch coreless reels. The Smart Version expands the available line configurations for manufacturers that require film quality and reliable operation while maintaining a competitive investment level.
