Blow Moulding Technologies (BMT) is a Belfast-based technology company and Queen’s University spin-out that provides simulation, software and hardware solutions for stretch blow moulding. The company develops lab instruments and virtual prototyping tools such as THERMOSCAN and BLOWSCAN, and delivers material characterisation, preform analysis and SBM simulation to speed product development and reduce material and energy use.
BMT works with brands, converters and material suppliers through consultancy and data-driven services to de-risk new product introductions, increase recycled-content use and optimise bottle performance. Core offerings include:
